Hemel Hempstead is where Callum built the business, and where the bulk of his completed work and reviews come from. He knows the housing stock properly — the older terraces and semis around the Old Town and Boxmoor, the post-war estates, and the newer developments spreading out toward the M1 — which means fewer surprises once work starts and a more realistic quote up front. Recent Hemel work includes rear extensions, internal doors and a full deck rebuild. He's since moved up to Leighton Buzzard, so it's no longer a five-minute hop, but Hemel remains one of the towns he works in most and the run down the A4146 is a familiar one.
